should i enclose my heart with steel bars
in order not to be pained?
or find true love but let it go
and never love again?
should i isolate my heart from all
so that it shall never break?
or let my heart love and soon become lost
and forever ache?
either way -
there will be no love...
so
i will keep my heart from finding love
and allow loneliness to enter
i will bury my heart in walls of stone
it will not be touched
